Your staff are your last line of defence

Many of today's cyber attacks - phishing, ransomware, and fraud - bypass normal IT protection. All it takes is one staff member clicking the wrong link or entering their password on a fake webpage. Training your people to spot and prevent these attacks is one of the most effective things you can do to protect your organisation.

Built by the people who review your security

We work with New Zealand organisations to assess and improve their cybersecurity every day. These courses are built on that frontline knowledge - not from a textbook or a generic overseas platform.

Interactive, not boring

Each lesson includes interactive modules to engage and inform your staff. Accessible on any device - PC, tablet, or phone - at work, at home, or on the go.

Short and focused

Each course is 10 to 40 minutes long, so staff can fit training around their work without losing a whole day.

Written for New Zealand

Our content covers the Privacy Act 2020, uses examples that reflect what New Zealand organisations actually see, and is written in plain language - not translated from a US platform.

Track staff progress

A management portal lets you see how each staff member is progressing through the course. Easy to report on for compliance purposes.

Cyber insurance ready

Progress monitoring and reporting give you the proof your cyber insurer needs that staff are completing regular security awareness training.

Cyber security essentials - for all staff

Seven interactive lessons covering the threats that matter most to New Zealand organisations. The course takes under an hour, with each lesson running 10 to 15 minutes. We also cover the importance of reporting incidents quickly - including if you have clicked a link or entered credentials - in a no-blame environment.

01

Introduction to Cyber Security

Staff learn about the cyber security threats that organisations face, why they exist, and some ways they can start to protect themselves at work and at home.

02

Email Security

Focuses on email attacks - what they are, how they happen, how to spot them, and what to do if you have clicked on a suspicious link or attachment. Includes examples of phishing emails.

03

Browsing the Web

How to protect your computer and your business when browsing the web, and how to identify secure websites. Staff learn the warning signs of an insecure website.

04

Protecting Your Work Account

Why criminals steal passwords and how to protect your work account and the information it can access. Covers strong passwords, mobile device protection, and guarding against scammers.

05

Fraud

Email-based fraud affects every business. Staff learn how it happens, procedures to reduce risk, and what to do if funds have been transferred by mistake.

06

Privacy and Confidentiality

How to protect valuable private and confidential information. Covers staff responsibilities under NZ privacy law, with alternative lessons available for Australian and European (GDPR) requirements.

07

Protecting Yourself at Home

By understanding the risks in home computing, staff become more aware of those same risks at work. Confident employees are more likely to flag potential cyber risks to management.

Role-based courses

Short, focused courses designed for the people in your organisation who carry the most risk. Each course is tailored to the threats and responsibilities specific to that role.
